ORDER FULFILLMENT
- Orders are fulfilled in 3-5 business days. If your order lies on the weekend then the order will ship the next business day.
- Shipping times on apparel will vary as these products are made to order. Shipping time is usually 5-7 days after order is placed (excludes holiday shipping times)
- Some items may ship separately.
- U.S. Free shipping excludes some apparel/clothing items.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in item prices or shipping costs. These charges are buyer's responsibility, including items that are exchanged.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what those additional costs will be, if any, prior to purchasing.
- Customs fees are normally charged by shipping companies or collected when you pick up the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
- Currently we cannot accept any exchanges from International customers, unless due to faulty product.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- 30 day money back guarantee on all products with the exception of apparel. Product must be received in original condition. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are accepted on most items. Some exceptions may apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges on exchanges.
EXCEPTIONS
- No refunds or exchanges on apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, Champion branded Backpacks, etc.) These are final sale items.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Heart Sound Solutions LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been shipped. You, the customer, will need to contact the carrier in order to recover the lost or stolen package.
