-Shipping times on apparel will vary as these products are made to order. Shipping time is usually 3-5 days after order is placed.

-**Free shipping only applies to orders within the United States.

-30 day money back guarantee on stethoscopes. Purchaser to pay return shipping and stethoscope must be received in the same condition as shipped.

-No refunds or exchanges on apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

-Heart Sound Solutions LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been shipped. You, the customer, will need to contact the carrier in order to recover the lost or stolen package.
